SUPER MOBILITY AND EASY START® ASSEMBLY
Engineered for rapid and uncomplicated commissioning, the plant features transportable modules compatible with standard container trucks. This design facilitates efficient, low-cost relocation and setup, minimizing logistical complexity and timeframes.

HOT ELEVATOR
The hot aggregate elevator is constructed with wear-resistant materials and features reinforced Hardox buckets, a high-strength double chain, and anti-reversal devices. This configuration ensures durability and significantly extends maintenance intervals.

MODULAR TOWER
MARINI’s renowned modular classification and mixing tower includes a high-performance vibrating screen and hot aggregate silos capable of storing and classifying up to five different aggregates, along with an integrated by-pass system. It also incorporates a high-precision weighing system and a pugmill mixer equipped with specially designed arms and abrasion-resistant honeycomb paddles. A 30-ton storage silo is mounted in-line directly beneath the mixer to streamline material handling and discharge.

CONTROL AND AUTOMATION
The spacious, climate-controlled control cabin is mounted on an elevated structure, providing operators with a comprehensive view of plant operations. It is equipped with the proprietary Marini Cybertronic automation software, which includes remote access capabilities for real-time diagnostics and technical support.
